Queen Assumed into Heaven:
The dogma of the Assumption (Pope Pius XII in 1950) and her long taught Queenship of Heaven (including the 12th century Regina Coeli)
Queen Conceived without Original Sin:
"I am the Immaculate Conception" (Mary to St. Bernadette Sobirous)
Queen of Confessors:
Saints of heroic virtue, writing or preaching (Saints Francis, Dominic, Nicholas, etc.)
Queen of Most Holy Rosary:
The powerful prayer (i.e. Lepanto and others) she gave to St. Dominic
Queen of Patriarchs:
Old Testament saints (Abraham, Isaac, Isaiah, etc.)
Queen of Peace:
Mother of the 'Prince of Peace' is also its queen (inserted by Benedict XV in 1917)
Refuge of Sinners:

Seat of Wisdom:
Uncreated wisdom of the Old Testament 'wisdom' books applies to Mary (St. Augustine, Bl. Pope Pius IX, etc.)
Tower of David:
Mary's perfection is high, like David's tower, Sion (Canticles 4:4)
Tower of Ivory:
Mary is a valued and strong (ivory) channel (tower/neck) through which Christ's graces to pass (Canticles 7:4)
Vessel of Singular Devotion:
Mary was more blessed by the union of her will with God than that of her body (Venerable Bede)
