~ Interior: sorrow is truly from the heart
~ Supernatural: we are sorry because of the effect it has on our relation to God
~ Universal: we are sorry for all sins
~ Supreme: we prefer suffering to offending God

No, so we should engage in prayer and other goods works and gain Indulgences.
