Grace
1.   What is Grace? 

    A supernatural gift of God that gives life to the soul, freely given us for our     
      sanctification and  salvation. 

2.  What is sanctifying grace? 

    ~ Gives the soul new spiritual life
  
    ~  Making us holy and pleasing to God
   
   ~  Makes us adopted children of God
  
    ~  Makes us temples of the Holy Spirit
  
    ~  Gives us the right to enter heaven

3.   What is actual grace?

    Grace which enlightens out mind and will to do good and avoid evil.

4.  How must we obtain God's grace?

    Chiefly by prayer and  the holy Sacraments.

5.    What is prayer?

    The raising up of the mind and heart to God by thinking of, adoring, praising,      
      thanking and asking blessing of Him. (APTA)

6.  What if we don't think of God nor of what is said in prayer?

    We do not pray well and offend God if the distractions are wilful.

7. Which is the best of all prayers?

    The 'Our Father' (Lord's Prayer), given directly to us by Jesus in the Gospels.
