1. What is Holy Eucharist?
The Real Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity, of Jesus Christ, under the appearances of bread and wine.
2. How are the bread and wine changed into the Body and Blood of Christ in the Mass?
When through the power of God, the priest says the words of consecration given by Christ.
3. Is Christ completely received in either the bread or wine alone?
Yes, through transubstantiation (complete change of substance but not appearance).
4. What are the rules for receiving communion?
~ Be in a state of grace (no mortal sin)
~ Keep the prescribed fast.
5. Is the Eucharist a Sacrament only?
It is also the sacrifice of the New Law.
6. What is the Holy Mass?
The Sacrifice of the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ, really present on the altar under the appearances of bread and wine, offered to God for the living and dead.
7. Is the Mass the same Sacrifice as Calvary?
Yes, because Christ offered himself as a bleeding victim on the Cross to His Father and continues to offer himself in an unbloody manner on the altar through the ministry of His priests.
