The Beatitudes (Matt. 5:3-10)
 ~ 1.  Blessed are the poor in spirit; for theirs is the kingdom of heaven 
 
 ~   2  ...the meek; for they shall possess the land
 
 ~    3 ...they that mourn; for they shall be comforted  
  
 ~     4. ...they that hunger and thirst after justice; for they shall have      
          their fill  
  
 ~     5 ...the merciful; for they shall obtain mercy  
  
 ~     6 ... the clean of heart; for they shall see God  
 
 ~      7 ...the peacemakers; for they shall be called the children of God  
  
 ~     8 ...they that suffer persecution for justice' sake; for theirs is the

1. How is the Blessed Virgin Mother of God? 

    Because Jesus, her son, was also truly God.


2. Is the Blessed Virgin our Mother also?

    Yes, because we are the brethren of Jesus, and thus children  of Mary.


3. What is  the Assumption of the Blessed  Virgin?

    Mary, at the completion  of her life, was taken  body and soul into everlasting     
      glory to reign as Queen of heaven and  earth.


4. What are the Assumption and Immaculate Conception?

Articles of faith  an article  of faith solemnly defined by the Church's infallible authority.
