Angels and Truths

1.  What life did  God create first? 

    Angels, who are spiritual beings with free will and understanding. 

2.  Why was there a war in heaven? 

    Satan and one third of the angels rebelled and were cast out by St. Michael. 

3.  What do angels do for us? 

    Pray, inspire and guard us. 

4.  What do the fallen angels do? 

    Fallen angels (demons) tempt us to sin. 

5.  Prove there is a God.

   ~   Natural Reason: observing the complexity of the world around us 

   ~   Worship: mankind’s universal interior impulse to worship God in some way 

     6.  Prove Christianity is the true religion.

   ~   Prophecy: two thousand year revelation of Christ's coming and details of his ministry 

 ~    Miracles: by Christ and those He allows to do so in His name:   '...these very works that I do, bear witness to Me.’  John 5:36 

7.  Prove the Catholic Church is the true Church. 

   ~   Marks: one,  holy,  catholic, and  apostolic

   ~   History: miraculous events, consistent theology, and existence for two millennium
